Bishop Shantha Francis draws Deceased mother in laws pension - Drama enfolds

 FOX REVEALS
A massive scandal within Trinity College, Kandy, and the Anglican church, which was nearly a decade in the making finally hit the fan  with the former Anglican Bishop of Kurunegala, Kumara Illangasinghe, accusing the incumbent Bishop Shantha Francis in a signed affidavit, of having drawn his mother in law’s pension for years after she had died was reported in the newspapers ..........

The matter is being investigated by the Police and it's only a matter of time when the Rt Rev Bishop will be indicted in Courts.
FYI , being a crime against the State ( pensions fund) it is a non bailable offense .

HERE IS A CC OF THE AFFIDAVIT.

  1. Just two days before the Presidential elections on the 8th Of January 2015, this guy made out that the Tamil diaspora was harassing him, whereupon Justin Welby, Arch Bishop of Canterbury told the world about the mother-in-law's pension.

  2. The bishop evidently had a much broader view of existence - death is a minor incident
A pity this other cleric has a narrower way of looking at things
